Our Project Life in January

“January is here, with eyes that keenly glow,
A frost-mailed warrior
striding a shadowy steed of snow.”
–  Edgar Fawcett

Molly and Papa playing Dr's

January started off so beautifully. We were excited about the new year a head of us, with the impending arrival of baby #2 to all the adventures we have planned. One of our goals this year is to complete #1000hoursoutside and January saw us spending a lot of time outdoors. We are currently up to 45 hours which I think is pretty good going.

We met up with Jordan and Michael to talk about their wedding as they have asked Liam and I to take the photos. It was so lovely to see them and have a catch up as it’s been too long. But it was also super cute to see Molly and Hunter interact and play with each other. Babbling away in their own language and getting up to mischief.

The end of the month saw me end up in hospital with threatened preterm labour. Contracting every 3-5 mins with no cause or reason as to why. They have done every test under the sun, and my cervix is still closed. Meaning I’m not going into labour as of yet. Fingers crossed little one stays inside and cooks for a little longer as I am only 28 weeks! My mum has come up from Somerset to help us out with Molly. It has been so lovely to see her and spend some time with her. My mum and my Nan took Molly to our local garden center and she was completly spoilt! She is very into Peppa Pig at the moment, and came home with a new Peppa plush and book!

Hope you have all had a wonderful January!
